  • Business Manager responsible for leading initiative to create application of key metrics and data from
    14 existing applications with virtual project team and technical leads spread across multiple
    geographical locations for the world’s largest telecommunications firm.
  • Portfolio Manager (Project Delivery) for several concurrent projects for the world’s largest consumer
    products company spanning the Globe including many Innovation projects like IPT rollouts, WLAN
    optimizations, using Cisco appliances.
  • Led Application Development Team composed of GIS Developers, Geoscientists, Technical .NET and
    SharePoint Architects to develop a virtual workspace for a mid-tier energy company to capture and
    record plays, leads, prospects, opportunities and their associated datum to improve inventory quality
    (IQ), risk analysis and financial reporting related to SOX Compliance.
  • Successfully trained project team of 200+ business and technical staff from multiple vendors to
    manage requirements repository for US $800+ Million project utilizing integrated control system for all
    project artifacts, including infrastructure deployment, features, use cases, business rules, interfaces,
    report specs, as well as the defect tracking system and configuration management.
  • Trained and Audited Colleagues to Successfully Adhere to SEI CMM Level 3 and SEI CMMI Level 3
    Assessments, using computer based and classroom training and mentoring of managers and leads
    reporting to the PMO.
  • Led Quality Management Team comprised of Client, Vendor, and Independent Verification & Validation
    (IV&V) leadership on a US $100+ Million project managed by the consulting arm of one of the Big 4 for
    the largest state Health and Human Services Commission in the US.
  • Successfully reengineered Back-Office process improvement initiative at the 4th largest county Public
    Infrastructure Department’s Permitting Division to increase accountability, tracking, review, and cross-
    review of artifacts submitted for approval of construction projects; water permitting, fire code, fire
    inspection, and compliance.
